I am a trained and registered Art Psychotherapist and CBT Therapist, accredited with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists).
I love being able to provide a calming and supportive space for people to slow down, reflect, be heard, learn, and feel renourished.
I am passionate about the work I do and give my full dedication and care to each person that I see. I work in a holistic and person-centred way, meaning I strive to understand your unique experience and all the different facets that make you who you are. I believe that it is important to work with both mind and body to heal and look after our health.
Personalised psychotherapy offered in-person, outdoors in nature or via 'walk and talk' therapy, and through video calls.
Weekly or fortnightly sessions available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, between 9am and 3pm.

I have worked in NHS talking therapy services, cancer care, young people's mental health services, schools, and care homes.
I have supported adults, adolescents, and children with a range of difficulties including:
